Parking & Buses

There is no parking fee at the venue. A dedicated lot is set aside for church buses and 15-passenger vans — let us know your group's vehicle count in advance so we can hold you a spot close to the entrance.

Most of our attendance comes from youth groups traveling in together. Send us your group size and we'll walk you through group ticketing on Eventbrite, bus parking, and hotel discounts — all from one contact form.

Tickets & Registration

Where do I buy tickets?

Every "Get Tickets" button on this site links directly to our official Eventbrite event page. Tickets are $25 per person — one flat price for everyone, no separate kids pricing.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund policy is set and processed by Eventbrite at checkout — review it there before purchasing. For group-specific questions, reach out through our contact page.

What if I am bringing a group?

Bring the whole group — it's the same $25 flat rate for everyone, no group code needed. If you're coordinating 10 or more, reach out through our contact page so we can help keep your group together.

Lodging & Travel

Why are there two venues?

Thursday evening, Friday morning, and Friday evening are all at the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center in Tyler. Saturday's 10 AM closing service moves to Harvest Time Church at 17199 FM 2493, Flint, TX — plan your Saturday morning drive time accordingly.

Is there parking for buses?

Yes, a dedicated lot is reserved for church buses and vans at both venues. Let us know your vehicle count ahead of time through the contact page.
